He has vast experience in the banking sector, having served as Group Chief Operations Officer at I&M Group, and through senior positions at Equity Group Holdings, Standard Chartered Bank, Citibank, and Midland Bank (HSBC). Bhartesh has spearheaded innovative solutions and cultivated key partnerships that significantly enhanced operational efficiency and growth.

Bhartesh holds an MBA from the prestigious Warwick Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University.
